How was the implementation and what has been the response from the field force?

Kaizen for Pharma's Territory Alignment allowed us to carry out the work quickly and efficiently.

The tool is easy to use and requires practically no training.
In fact, we did the training by video conference in 20-minute sessions.

The area managers were very satisfied. Being able to visualize the changes in real time and seeing the coherence in the distribution of the mapped sanibrick/health areas, made their work a lot easier.

Otherwise, they would have had to consult various files and could have been at the risk of errors.
