What was the problem that Nordic Pharma wanted to solve?


We wanted a tool that would allow us to keep track of our products and their competition.


We also were looking for a very visual solution, that would make it easier for our field force to keep a tight control of their territories.




How was the implementation and what has been the response from the field force?


The implementation has been very fast and the response of our sales team could not have been better.

The aspects most valued by the field force have been the easy-to-understand analytics, the intuitiveness of the tool and the detail of information within each territory.

Is there anything that the platform is missing?


We have received some requests for improvement regarding the display of the reporting tables on the iPad and the visualization of the data at province level.

A very high valuation, from the works prior to the launch, through the record implementation time, to the occasional support needs that arise from time to time.
